There are post-doc openings at the University of Wisconsin for computational and experimental systems biology. The experimental systems biology position works with single-cell and single-virus measurements, genetic/stochastic/environmental effects on cell and virus heterogeneity, and micro patterned cellular arrays. The computational systems biology position deals with multi-scale modeling of virus-host interactions, real-time imaging and analysis of spreading infections, and innate immunity and cell-cell signaling.

A post-doctoral research fellow position is available in the Late Stage Pharmaceutical Development group to investigate the intermolecular interactions at high protein concentrations,  and different strategies for their mitigation.

The objective of the post-doctoral research fellow will be to characterize the self-association of antibodies at high concentrations, and the interactions between antibodies and co-solutes using a variety of biophysical techniques.
