Genentech Process Research and Development Opportunities

Friday, October 2nd, 2009

Genentech’s Process Research and Development (PR&D) organization has two opportunities for current students and upcoming graduates looking to gain work experience in the Biotechnology field at their South San Francisco and Oceanside, CA sites.  Genentech has hired several JHU alumni in the past so don’t pass up this opportunity.

Their first program is the Process R&D Rotational Program (PDRP) which begins August 2010.  This program places new graduates with strong scientific and leadership potential into four six-month rotations and then transitions them into specific positions within Process R&D at the end of the two-year program.  Click here for more information.

Their other program is the Co-op/Intern Program that lasts either 3 months (internship) or 6 months (co-op) and is open to exceptional current students as well as recent graduates.  Winter co-op begins in January and Summer co-op and intern positions begin in May/June 2010.  Click here for more information.

Dr. Osi Esue (JHU Alumnus) will be coming to JHU on 10/8, Thursday evening, 7:30 pm at Mason Hall Auditorium for an information session.  He will also speak to ChemBEs on Friday 10:00 am in Shaffer 303
