Description: Optimize and develop bacterial fermentation processes to achieve consistent, reproducible production runs. Write, execute and validate procedures for production at the development and production scales. Design production processes to ensure scalability to production levels. Review and analyze the products produced to meet customer requirements.

Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Chemistry/Biology or related field and at least 10 years comparable experience in diagnostic industry

BAE Systems - Cell Culture

BAE Systems is seeking an upper level undergraduate or graduate student for immediate short term assistance in cell culture.

A successful applicant will be a current student in Bioengineering or related field with laboratory experience in cell culture techniques and methodologies.

US citizenship is preferred, US residency is required. Salary is negotiable. Initial work will be conducted in a JHU laboratory in affiliation with the Johns Hopkins Institute for NanoBioTechnology, with a possible summer internship, or longer, at the BAE laboratory facility located in the Steiff Building (Whiting School of Engineering).
