The Selection Process:
Each fall, Edwards will interview qualified Engineers at selected Universities. From these interviews, the best potential Engineers will be invited to our headquarters in Southern California for the Engineering New Grad Weekend to take place on November 22 & 23, 2009.
This event will begin with several structured and unstructured activities to provide the Engineer with an opportunity to get to know the area and interact with Edwards employees and management team. The event will culminate with facility and lab tours and a multi-interview process.
Coming out of this process, Edwards will choose the engineers that are the best of the best. Typically, offers will be extended prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon starting with the organization, the TDPs and University Engineers will be immersed in our University Summer Program for training, orientation and fun! And they will be jumping right in to their new assignments to kick off their 18 month excursion through Edwards.
