Postdoctoral Appointee — Argonne National Lab
Description:
Conduct innovative research in developing chemical synthesis of nanoparticles for permanent magnet applications. Study magnetic properties of nanocomposites. Develop synthetic approaches that enable scale-up chemistry that will leads to production of permanent magnets. This is a collaborative research effort between the Center for Nanoscale Materials, Materials Science Division, and the Energy Systems Division. Work is expected to include interaction and coordination of this research with other Argonne divisions to develop synthetic strategies that may scale to industrial processes. (more…)
