Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Description

AgaMatrix is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our commercial team, which is comprised of field sales, inside sales, and strategic marketing. You must be able to take minimum direction and work independently. You must be detail oriented and able to juggle many tasks at once. You should be just as comfortable being an outward face as you are being a behind-the-scenes You should have a passion to be an integral part of the company’s rapidly growing commercial activity in the US, Europe, and Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze the company’s sales and marketing programs to determine ROI and to recommend strategic direction.
- Support the company’s professional marketing initiatives through outreach to healthcare professionals (HCP’s) via creating communication pieces and coordinating trade shows and other in-person events.
- Create and manage web marketing programs consistent with the company’s web marketing strategy.
- Prepare marketing and sales presentations, special reports, and perform market research.
- Manage marketing projects to support sales efforts and drive completion through the required legal, regulatory, product development, and marketing approval cycles.  Assist in other marketing and sales support projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
□ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
□ Team-oriented attitude and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
□ Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
□ Have self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner.
□ Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
□ Outstanding organizational skills.
□ Be able to travel to domestic and international tradeshows.
Preferred:
□ Knowledge of diabetes.
□ Knowledge of Web 2.0.
