Genentech’s U.S. Biologics Technical Development (USBTD) department has two programs for current students and upcoming graduates looking to gain work experience in the Biotechnology field at the South San Francisco and Oceanside, CA sites.
The first program is the Process Development Rotational Program (PDRP) which begins August 2011. This program places new graduates with strong scientific and leadership potential into four six-month rotations and then transitions them into specific positions within USBTD at the end of the two-year program. The other is the Co-op/Intern program that lasts either 3 months (internship) or 6 months (co-op) and is open to current students as well as recent graduates.
