Genentech Operations Rotational Development Program
Friday, October 2nd, 2009The Operations Rotational Development Program gives recent graduates the opportunity to gain a broad perspective on the core Genentech Technical Operation functions that are critical to the manufacture of Genentech products. ORDP takes place over a two-year period and involves four six-month rotational assignments within the Genentech Technical Operation (GT) Organization, including Engineering, Facilities (Integrated Maintenance & Site Services Operations), Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Process Development, and Quality. The rotations are tailored to provide challenging and meaningful assignments, training in technical and managerial skills, and coaching with assignment managers and mentors.
Dr. Osi Esue (JHU Alumnus) will be coming to JHU on 10/8, Thursday evening, 7:30 pm at Mason Hall Auditorium for an information session. He will also speak to ChemBEs on Friday 10:00 am in Shaffer 303.
