Rensselaer’s International Scholars Program (ISP)
Representatives from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute will visit JHU on 9/30 and 10/1 to talk about its International Scholars Program (ISP).
The ISP provides participants with a master’s degree in Management that emphasizes global trade, innovation, security, and competiveness. Forty percent (12 credits) of the master’s degree is completed through the ten-week summer semester abroad. During their five weeks in Rome and five weeks in Shanghai, ISP students are immersed in the cultures and social environment of Europe and Asia, giving them valuable global awareness. Most importantly, however, they are part of an intense learning experience that goes far beyond the standard classroom experience. Throughout the program, students work on a project team, gaining a firsthand understanding of global business and advanced technology as they work directly with companies like Accenture, Kodak, SAP, and IBM.
